Coronavirus Update - July 2020

With operators preparing to restart their holiday schedules, there have been new policies put in place to help maintain social distancing and the health & safety of all passengers and staff members in line with government advice. In many cases this includes providing hand sanitizer, booking fewer passengers on coaches and carrying out additional cleaning procedures between coach uses. You may also be required to wear a face covering and be subject to temperature checks before boarding. We ask that you be respectful of other passengers and staff members as this will be a new experience for everyone.

We thank you for your patience for any delay in responding whilst our team continues to work from home with limited numbers. We are still hard at work rearranging any affected holidays as the world opens its doors again.

Should you contract Covid-19, generally feel unwell or have been instructed to self-isolate prior to travel, please contact us immediately to discuss the options for your booking.

As we are currently not accepting incoming calls, if you need to contact us, please send an email to: admin@coachholidays.com with your booking reference(s) and the lead passenger’s full name and your query. Alternatively, if you are interested in booking a new holiday, please send us your requests via the tour page(s). Your enquiries will be responded to as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As always, stay safe!

2. When do I pay the balance?

Where you only pay a deposit at the time of booking, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you at the time of booking. This will also be stated on the initial Coachholidays.com headed documents. Please note that the operator's confirmations will show a later date - this is to give us enough time to pass your monies on to the operator.

If balances remain unpaid after the operator's due date, under the operator's terms and conditions, your holiday may be subject to cancellation.
