Established in 1985 by Alan Palmer who set the guidelines for quality, interest and well organised coach travel. Further enhanced by Eric Sharpen who took over the company in 1997 and lately introducing rail and air travel. The mainstay are our loyal band of tour managers and office staff ably headed by Marie Moran. In 2001 a link was established with Anderson Travel, for the provision of modern luxury touring coaches.

Destinations
Palmers Travel maintains its roots as a small independent tour operator based in North West Kent committed to provide safe, rewarding and good value holidays. Favourite destinations include: Isles of Scilly, Cornwall, York, Lake District, Cotswolds, Italian Lakes, Dutch Bulbfields and Monet's Garden.

Groups
We aim to offer the widest range of high quality, value for money group tours, by coach, plane & train throughout Britain, and the continent. Our particular skills are in attention to detail, planning and managing exciting itineraries. Packages can include hotels, ferries and excursions complete with travel on our luxury touring coaches. All of our tours are tailored to meet your exact requirements by our experienced staff. We also cater for group tours into London and Kent, cultural, historical, sporting and antiques. As a group organiser you may also receive the benefit of free places.

Financial Security
On all tours, in accordance with 'The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992' all passengers booking with us are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to insolvency.
